Administrative Assistance
We offer our Agents complete support from Registration through acquiring your first Client. We can schedule an appointment with you at your convenience via phone or video conference to walk you through any of the steps or answer any questions. Just click the Contact Us Tab and request an appointment. Our objective is to give keen knowledge related to the client, call types, customers, and how to be successful. We are here for you 24/7.
Support Services
We understand this transition might be challenging or even nerve-racking for some of you, but we're here for you! We offer you all the assistance you need during this time. Keeping you informed and updated with either your Clients or Arises Portal Announcements. As you service your Client, we will continue assessing you in how to improve the services you provide.
Record Keeping
During the time frame in which you service your client, we will store all of your documents. Documents such as your Client opportunities, Independent Contractor Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreements including your Invoices. These include your pay rate and contractual expectations. We will also provide you with a copy of such documents for your own records.
Incident Research and Report
When an incident, occurrence, or situation is alleged to have occurred. Palma & Company will advocate on your behalf. We are determined to get expedited solutions and will give you immediate feedback. We will work closely with Arise Virtual Solution for the well being of all parties involved.
Accounting Department
​Palma & Company is known for being reliable and punctual. You will be paid timely on the 15th and last day of the month via Electronic Payments. You will be provided with a copy of your invoice so your earnings are clear. At the end of the year, we also provide all the necessary documents for you to file your taxes.
You are a Self Employed Independent Contractor, therefore you are responsible for your own taxes. You will receive a Form 1099-MISC at the end of the year if you earned $600 or more.
As an Independent Contractor, you are not employed by Palma & Company or Arise Virtual Solutions. Therefore, you are not eligible for unemployment, overtime or benefits and you are responsible for your own retirement savings.
