Ready to begin?
1) Create a Profile
Start by Visiting:
In this section, you provide your basic information.
(Name, address, phone, etc)
Please complete information as it appears on your legal documents. You will be asked who referred you to Arise. Please fill in Agent #1106593 and the name Yesenia Palma (Owner of Palma & Company) should appear. After completing your profile, please make sure to save the user name and password you created. You will need it to continue your registration process.

4) Select a Client Opportunity
Once the registration process is completed, you will have access to a list of Client Opportunities. Details about the Client, Call Types, Certification Course Schedules and other requirements are available if you click the green info option of the client you are interested in.
It is critical that you read the Opportunity Announcements thoroughly before expressing interest in a client program. Before selecting a program, Palma & Company can offer you assistance in finding the opportunities best aligned with your talents, skill sets, experience and/or interests.

2) Sign NDA & MSA
As an Agent, you will be providing services to Arise on behalf of Palma & Company. Therefore, you will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a Master Service Agreement (MSA).
The Non-Disclosure Agreements are contracts through which the parties agree not to disclose confidential information of the other party. The Master Services Agreement is the primary legal contract that contains the general terms and conditions that govern the business relationship between Arise and Palma & Company. You will be provided with a copy of these documents.
5) Voice Assesment
This is a one-time assessment that you take over the phone through an automated system. It is a requirement from Arise prior to training. It will take around 5 minutes or less to complete. The voice assessment consists of 10 questions. You will be asked to repeat sentences and un-scramble words to formulate sentences. It is highly recommended to use a Landline Phone but you could also complete it on a Cell Phone.
Be sure you are in a quiet environment, especially if you are using a cell phone.
You might want to have a notepad and pen handy to write down some words if needed.
3) Select a Call Center
In this step, you will choose the option: AGENT WORKING FOR A CALL CENTER. You will need to type in either field:

The name Palma & Company should appear immediately once you have entered our information. At this point, Palma & Company will review the information you have submitted and approve you as an Agent of Palma & Company. We will inform you via email once this is completed. At this point, you can log back in to the Arise Portal to view the current available opportunities.
6) Equipment Requirements
Basic equipment requirements are: Computer, Background Noise Canceling Headset, Land Line Phone and High Speed Internet. Certain Client programs may have additional requirements. Prior to selecting a Client Program, you must read carefully these requirements.
As an Agent, you are responsible for supplying your own equipment. Background checks* will be requested by the Client Opportunity you select to service, this will be done through a Third Party.
